About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be dealing with everyday stress, relationship difficulties, or a life change that has left you feeling uncertain, anxious, or stuck.
Whatever has brought you here, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what is going on and begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
We will work together to understand what you are experiencing, find ways to cope with what feels difficult right now, and help you feel more confident in how you handle things in the future.
Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and at your pace.
I work with clients looking for support and clarity in relationships of all kinds, this could be intimate relationships, family, friendships, workplace relationships, and the relationship you have with yourself.
Together we may focus on improving communication, managing emotions, building resilience, or understanding patterns that keep repeating.
I also have specialist training in relationships and psychosexual therapy and work with individuals and couples around sex and intimacy, and with people going through relationship breakdowns or changes. These experiences can bring confusion, hurt, anger, or loss, and therapy can provide a space to process what has happened and think about what comes next.
Due to experience of working 20+ years in corporate many people come to therapy with me because of work-related stress or anxiety. This might include redundancy, career changes, workplace bullying, difficult colleagues, or poor management, and the impact these experiences can have on confidence, wellbeing, and personal relationships.
If you are thinking about starting therapy, I offer a complimentary initial chat by phone or Zoom. This is a relaxed conversation where we can get to know each other, talk about what you are looking for, and see whether working together feels right for you.
Practice description
I am an integrative psychotherapist, couples therapist, and psychosexual therapist, working with individuals, couples, and partners navigating life’s challenges whether expected, unexpected, or somewhere in between.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening in your life, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgemental, while also gently challenging when needed.
Therapy with me is a space where you can speak openly, feel truly heard, and explore yourself and your relationships more deeply.
At times I may offer thoughtful challenge to help you notice patterns, consider different perspectives, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to think together about what has brought you to therapy at this time.
You may want to share what feels difficult right now, something that has happened recently, or patterns you are noticing in yourself or your relationships.
I will ask some questions to understand your background, what you would like support with, and what you hope might change through therapy and how we might work together going forward.
The first session is a space for you to ask any questions about therapy, my approach, or the way I work. There is no pressure to share everything straight away we go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Starting therapy can feel daunting. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Our early sessions focus on creating safety, understanding what brings you to therapy, and clarifying what you would like to change or explore.
Therapy is a process, and we work at a steady, respectful pace that supports your needs while also encouraging reflection on new perspectives, patterns, and experiences.
