I work with clients Tuesday to Friday. Sessions are typically offered between 9am and 7pm. On occasion, exceptions can be made, so please get in touch if you would like to explore availability outside these times.
All sessions are conducted online, allowing clients to participate from wherever they are.
About me and my therapy practice
My practice is fully remote, with all sessions offered online. I work integratively and relationally, drawing on my training as a therapist alongside coaching tools where helpful. I work best with clients who are ready to engage honestly and do the work necessary to address the issues that matter most to them. Through self-reflection and direct conversation, I build a strong, trusting relationship with clients. My role is to provide a safe, confidential space to discuss anything openly while also challenging clients when there is room for growth and when they are ready.
My work often focuses on short-term, goal-oriented therapy. I help clients clarify what they want to achieve, identify obstacles, and take actionable steps toward meaningful change. Sessions are practical and structured to address the client’s priorities efficiently, while still offering space for reflection and insight. Therapy does not need to be long-term to be effective.
My practice is fully remote, and all sessions are offered online, allowing you to access support wherever you are.
Practice description
I offer therapy that is focused, practical, and outcome-driven for clients who want structured support over a defined period. Much of my work in this area involves helping clients address specific challenges, navigate transitions, or achieve a particular goal within a limited number of sessions.
The work is collaborative. I combine therapeutic insight with coaching-style clarity to help clients understand their patterns, make decisions, and take clear steps forward. The focus is always on what is most relevant to you and the change you want to see.
All sessions take place online, which allows for continuity and flexibility. My approach is integrative and relational, combining depth with practicality to support meaningful and measurable progress.
My first session
To start out, I ask that all prospective clients first book a free introductory call with me. This call provides an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy and to consider whether working together would be appropriate. It also allows us to discuss whether therapy or coaching is the most suitable approach for your current needs and whether I am the right person to support you.
The introductory call is a confidential conversation in which you can share some background to your situation and ask questions about how I work. There is no expectation or obligation to proceed following this call.
The first session itself focuses on setting clear goals for our work together and beginning to explore what you would like to change or understand more deeply. We will also go through the therapy agreement in detail so that expectations, boundaries, and practical arrangements are clear from the outset.
For this short-term work, I ask clients to commit to a minimum of six sessions. After this point, we review how the work is going and discuss whether you would like to continue and how we might proceed.
All sessions take place online, in line with my fully remote practice.

About me and my therapy practice
I work integratively and relationally, drawing on my training as a therapist alongside coaching tools where helpful. In my work with career and work transitions, I support clients to think clearly about their work, understand what is no longer working, and decide what they want to move toward instead.
I specialise in helping people move towards work that feels engaging to them, starting from where they are rather than where they think they should be. The focus is on making realistic changes over time, often through small, considered steps rather than dramatic or immediate shifts.
Alongside my clinical work, I host a weekly podcast focused on careers and working life. The conversations reflect how I approach this work, with an emphasis on curiosity, experimentation, and building momentum gradually.
My practice is fully remote, and all sessions are offered online, allowing clients to access support wherever they are.
Practice description
I offer online therapy and coaching for clients navigating career and work-related transitions. This includes people who are questioning their current path, considering change, returning to work after time away, or struggling with confidence, motivation, or direction in their professional lives. I support clients to reconnect with what genuinely interests and motivates them at work, particularly when that sense of engagement has been lost or feels out of reach.
We look at patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you relate to work, while also focusing on decision-making and next steps. The aim is to help you think more clearly about your options and take practical steps forward, starting from where you are rather than where you feel you should be.
For career-focused work, I offer a structured starting point of six sessions, which allows us to focus clearly on your work situation and the changes you want to make. This is often a good fit for career coaching or more goal-focused support. For clients who are navigating a broader or more complex transition, I also offer longer-term support where there is space to work at a slower pace and explore wider themes alongside career decisions.
All sessions take place online, which allows for flexibility and continuity, particularly for clients who work internationally or are managing busy professional lives. If you are curious about my approach, you may also find it helpful to explore my podcast, Career Congregation, which reflects many of the themes that come up in this work.
My first session
To start out, I ask that all prospective clients first book a free introductory call with me. This call gives us the opportunity to explore what has brought you to seek support around your work or career and to consider whether working together would be appropriate. We can also discuss whether career coaching, therapy, or a combination of both is the best fit for what you are looking for.
The introductory call is a confidential conversation where you can share some background to your situation and ask questions about how I work. There is no expectation or obligation to continue following this call.
The first session focuses on clarifying your current work situation and what you would like to change or move towards. We begin setting goals for our work together and agree on the focus for the initial phase of work. We will also review the working agreement in detail so expectations, boundaries, and practical arrangements are clear.

I currently work with clients Tuesday to Friday. Sessions are typically offered between 9am and 7pm.

About me and my therapy practice
I work integratively and relationally, drawing on my training as a therapist alongside coaching tools where helpful. I work best with people who are ready to show up and engage honestly with themselves. Through self-reflection and direct conversation, I build a strong, trusting working relationship with my clients. My role is to provide a safe, confidential space where you can speak freely and openly, without judgement. I will also challenge you where there is room for growth, and when you are ready for it.
I often support clients navigating significant life transitions, such as relocation, career change, relationship shifts, identity questions, or periods of uncertainty and reassessment. Having lived and worked internationally myself, I understand how disorienting major life changes can feel, particularly when they impact your sense of stability or direction in life. Often, when people reach the point of questioning everything, I am who they reach out to.
Our work may include looking at past experiences and patterns where they are relevant, alongside a focus on what is happening now and how you want to move forward. Sessions are collaborative and responsive rather than rigid or formulaic. Therapy does not need to be open-ended or focused solely on the past to be meaningful.
My practice is fully remote, and all sessions are offered online, allowing you to access support wherever you are in the world.
Practice description
I offer online therapy and coaching to adults who are experiencing change, feeling stuck, or seeking greater clarity and direction in their lives. Much of my work is with expats and internationally mobile clients, though I also work with people navigating transitions closer to home.
My practice is fully remote, which allows for flexibility and continuity, particularly for clients who travel, relocate, or live abroad. Sessions take place in a confidential, supportive online space.
My approach is integrative, intuitive, and relational. I blend therapeutic depth with practical, solution-focused support, adapting our work to your needs rather than following a rigid structure. Clients often come to me wanting both space to reflect and support to move forward in a way that feels aligned and intentional.
If you’re curious about my style or how working with me might feel, you’re also welcome to explore my podcast, Career Congregation, where I host open conversations about work, identity, and life transitions.
