About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Amy, a fully qualified counsellor, with a passion for helping people with their mental health. I offer in-person sessions in the Solihull area and online or telephone sessions throughout the UK.

Reaching out for support can be a daunting step, and it's not always easy to know where to begin.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting counselling. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling that something isn't quite right, having a space where you can speak openly can make a real difference.

How I work

In sessions, I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space, where you can explore your experiences, and talk openly about your thoughts and feelings.

I work collaboratively with clients to explore past experiences, current challenges, and future goals.

Together, we’ll move at your pace to work through difficult emotions, identify unhelpful patterns and explore some practical strategies to support your mental health - with the goal to make changes that last.

I recognise that every person's experience is unique, so I adapt my approach to meet your individual needs.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, and I hold regular reviews to make sure we are working on what is most important to you.

All topics and emotions are welcome.
