Practice description

My practice is client focused and I believe in being trauma informed always understanding that this may be the first time you have accessed therapy.

My first session

We can set up a 30 min zoom call which is free for a brief introduction and assessment to talk about what you need from therapy. We can discuss if you would like to book your first sesson
