About me and my therapy practice

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I offer an integrative approach to psychotherapy, drawing on multiple therapeutic methods to customise treatment for each individual. My practice blends aspects of psychodynamic and humanistic modalities, focusing on creating a strong therapeutic relationship that enables you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Many people carry deep-seated feelings such as shame, fear, or confusion, or find themselves in recurring, unhealthy relationship patterns. By delving into the unconscious mind and reflecting on past and present relationships, you can gain valuable insights to better understand your current challenges.

Practice description

I have worked with clients from various cultural backgrounds and have experience in addressing a wide array of issues, including:

  • Relationship difficulties
  • Stress related to work
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma from childhood
  • Issues related to gender and sexual identity
  • Cultural and racial identity concerns

My experience includes extensive work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Whether you have a specific concern or feel uncertain about the source of your distress, I believe that an open and genuine therapeutic relationship can be instrumental in helping you find clarity and direction.

About me and my therapy practice

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I provide an integrative approach to psychotherapy. My practice combines elements of psychodynamic and humanistic modalities, with a strong emphasis on building a strong relationship with my clients.
