About me and my therapy practice

I work in a Person-Centred, humanistic way, offering a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever feels important to you.

I don’t give advice or tell you what to do, instead, I listen with empathy and acceptance, supporting you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I aim to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can develop greater self-awareness, clarity, and self-compassion.

I work ethically and in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.

Practice description

I currently work online, offering sessions via secure video call to clients across the UK. Sessions provide a consistent, reflective space to explore current difficulties, past experiences, or anything that feels significant for you, at a pace that feels right.

I offer Person-Centred counselling in a calm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is important to you. My practice is grounded in a humanistic approach, valuing each person as unique and recognising that meaningful change happens when you feel heard, accepted, and understood.

I work ethically and professionally in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and regularly review the work together to ensure it continues to feel helpful and supportive.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute initial online or telephone session. This provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions about how I work, share a little about what brings you to counselling and decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you.

There is no obligation to continue. The session is a gentle introduction and a chance for us to see whether working together feels comfortable and supportive.

If you choose to continue, your first full counselling session will be 60 minutes, allowing more time to settle in and begin exploring what you would like to focus on.
