Practice description
I help adults and young people struggling with ADHD, diagnosed or undiagnosed. I have personal and professional experience of issues such as time blindness, emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity. My understanding of hyper focus and burnout, masking and diagnosis grief helps me to help you to improve self-awareness, self esteem and confidence.
I provide therapy for ADHD adults and young people who are exhausted from trying harder. I work with you, the two of us are a team. I work with explaining and easing anxiety, trauma, the complications added by hormones especially menopause.
I am knowledgeable when dealing with ADHD in high-achieving professionals as well as other work or university issues.
We can look at some of the ways in which ADHD affects relationships whether they be romantic or with friends, family or work colleagues.
