About me and my therapy practice
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space to explore what’s going on for you. From anxiety and low mood to difficult life experiences and questions about identity, we can work in a way that suits you.
We’ll work collaboratively, and I’ll always check in before asking more challenging questions. You set the pace, and we’ll focus on what feels most important to you.
Practice description
I offer 60-minute counselling sessions in a calm and confidential setting. I'll listen without judgement and we'll create a space to work together on what brings you to counselling. This may include gently challenging thoughts, figuring out behaviours or finding helpful ways to deal with difficult emotions.
We can work short term with a specific goal or take time to explore things more deeply. You set the pace.
As an integrative counsellor, I am particularly drawn to approaches that explore our unique experiences, how these shape our choices, and how we find meaning and a sense of who we are.
