About me and my therapy practice
I strongly believe that the counselling process has the transformative power to empower individuals by providing you with the necessary tools to navigate and overcome life stressors. By working with a skilled counsellor, individuals can effectively address the impact of anxiety and depression, thereby enhancing their overall well-being. Additionally, counselling can be pivotal in improving an individual's self-esteem, fostering a positive self-image, and promoting personal growth and development.
Through collaborative efforts with clients, I aim to deepen their understanding of their perceptions and be approachable to overcome challenges. This process can empower you to make substantial, long-lasting changes that foster positive outcomes and contribute to their overall healing.
I offer integrative Counselling, and coaching to support you in processing your experiences.
During our sessions, I will listen attentively and empathetically, not just to what you say, but also to what remains unspoken. You will have a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, identify challenges, and work through them at your own pace.

I offer face-to-face, Online Therapy, Telephone Therapy, Outdoor Therapy
I provide short-term counselling as well as long-term psychotherapy, which involves a more in-depth exploration of clients' lives, including their experiences during childhood and the adversities they have faced.
My first session
Embarking on counselling can be challenging. I provide a safe space to explore this challenge, from understanding what led you to seek help to recognising your needs, hopes, and goals.
I offer an initial 20-minute consultation to :
-Introduce myself and my way of working
-Discuss what has brought you to therapy
-Discuss what you like to achieve from the sessions
