I have availability both daytime and evenings. I work to a maximum number of clients rather than set times so I can be fairly flexible with times and work to find something that suits us both.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe and supportive space where you don’t have to face things alone. I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it is common to find ourselves stuck in patterns that feel difficult to change. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I aim to provide a calm, non-judgemental environment where we can begin to make sense of what is going on for you together.
I work with adults and young people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, ADHD, autism, and relationship issues. I also have experience supporting clients with OCD, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, eating difficulties, and grief and bereavement.
Practice description
My core approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I work in an integrative way. This means I draw on evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and pace. Together, we can explore unhelpful patterns and develop more helpful ways of coping to support lasting and meaningful change.
My aim is to work collaboratively with you so that you feel supported, understood, and able to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
My first session
I recognise that starting therapy can feel daunting so I offer a free 15–20 minute telephone consultation, which gives you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether I am the right therapist for you.
