Alternatively, join me from the comfort of your own home: I offer online sessions every weekday.

Online sessions cost £60 for each 50 minute session.

And finally, if being in nature is more your thing, I also offer Outdoor Therapy, combining the healing powers of being out in nature with the benefits of walking and talking. Sessions cost £60 for a 50 minute session.

I offer a bundle of 6 sessions for £350 (less than £60 per session) for face-to-face sessions or £325 (less than £55 per session) for online or outdoor therapy sessions. This gives you chance to really settle in and start seeing the benefits over time, without the stress of paying week by week.

About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Jules. I’m an Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor but more importantly I’m a human who cares about other humans and loves to help people grow and realise how wonderful they truly are.

I can especially help you to navigate grief, loss and anxiety. Your life may have been turned upside down by a bereavement, a break up or any change in how you live your life – grief can appear whenever we have lost someone or something because it’s a loss of life as we knew it. Or maybe you find yourself overthinking everything, or continuously worrying that something bad may happen, to the extent that you’re no longer able to fully enjoy life – anxiety is there to protect us, but maybe it’s time to turn the volume down on it?

I can help you to find ways to carry your grief so that it feels lighter. So often you may find yourself avoiding talking about your grief because it feels uncomfortable and painful, to both you and those around you - I provide a space where it is welcomed and compassionately held. I’ll help you process what happened and why you might feel the way you do at your own pace, whilst also offering reassurance, through my experience and up-to-date knowledge of grief theory, that what you are experiencing is very human so you feel less alone.

And when it comes to anxiety, we can work together to work out where the heightened anxiety may be coming from, develop strategies to help you reduce the amount it dominates your life, and increase the amount of compassion you feel towards yourself.

Whether it’s in my cosy and welcoming face-to-face space, my gorgeous and healing outdoor space or from the comfort of your own home online, I can’t wait to meet you.

Practice description

I'm not going to tell you that I have all the answers or that I can fix you - but then I also don't believe you're broken. What I can do is use my experience and training to offer why you might be feeling the way that you do. So often change and growth begins when we stop being so critical of ourselves and start to look at our actions and our feelings with curiosity rather than judgement - and I'm here to offer oodles of compassion and understanding before you're able to do it yourself.

We'll go at your own pace - there's no pressure or expectations - and we'll work together to create a future you that is more confident and self-compassionate, and able to handle whatever life throws at you.

"Jules immediately put me at ease with her empathetic nature and clear understanding of the grieving process.. I cannot speak highly enough of Jules and her ability as a counsellor." CLIENT

My first session

It is really important to get a counsellor who is the best fit for you, as I believe that a therapeutic relationship full of warmth and trust is the most important thing that I can offer.

I therefore offer a FREE initial call, for you to decide if I am this person for you. This will last up to 15 minutes.

After that, we shall have an initial consultation lasting up to 50 minutes, where we will discuss in more detail what brings you to counselling and what you'd like to get out of our work together. This will cost £65 (or £60 if online or outdoors).
