About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor offering warm and grounded in-person therapy in Lewes. Many of the people I work with describe feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in old patterns, burnt out, or unsure how to make sense of their emotions or relationships. My counselling style is gentle, attuned and down-to-earth — a steady space where you don’t have to manage things on your own.
I often work with themes such as anxiety, stress, low mood, self-criticism, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, grief and loss, identity questions, relationship patterns, shame, and the ongoing impact of childhood or family experiences. Together we explore what you’re feeling, why it makes sense, and how you can begin to relate to yourself with more compassion and understanding.
I offer counselling in English and also speak German. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.
Practice description
Sessions take place in calm, welcoming counselling rooms in Lewes (BN7 / BN8). My approach is humanistic and integrative, drawing from Person-Centred, Gestalt, Existential and parts-informed ways of working. Rather than trying to “fix” you, I aim to help you feel seen, understood and more connected to your own inner resources.
I work with adults on a short- or longer-term basis around issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relational difficulties, life transitions, loss, trauma-related experiences, emotional regulation and inner-critic patterns. My way of working is collaborative, reflective and compassionate, with an emphasis on emotional wellbeing, curiosity and gentle change at your pace.
My first session
In our first session, we take time to talk about what has brought you here, what feels most important, and what you are hoping for from therapy. It’s also a chance for you to get a sense of me and how I work, and to ask any questions. From there, we usually meet weekly and review together as the work unfolds.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor offering online therapy for adults across the UK and Europe. Online counselling can be especially supportive if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lonely, uprooted, or caught between different cultures or identities. I have lived experience of moving countries and navigating life as an expat, and I understand how themes of belonging, transition, loss and “finding home” can shape our emotional world.
People come to me for support with anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, self-doubt, relationship patterns, identity questions, grief, shame, emotional overwhelm and the lasting impact of earlier experiences. My approach is warm, steady and relational — a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to reconnect with yourself.
Practice description
Online sessions take place via secure video, offering flexibility if you travel, live abroad, or prefer the privacy and comfort of your own space. My approach is humanistic and integrative, drawing from Person-Centred, Gestalt, Existential and parts-informed ways of working. Together we explore what you’re feeling in the context of your life story, while supporting greater self-compassion, clarity and emotional resilience.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, loneliness, cross-cultural adjustment, expat transitions, relationship and family dynamics, low self-esteem, shame and trauma-related experiences. My style is gentle, reflective and collaborative, with a focus on emotional wellbeing, self-understanding and meaningful change at a pace that feels safe.

In the first session, we talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and how online sessions can best support you. It’s also an opportunity for you to see whether working together feels like the right fit. Sessions are usually weekly and can be time-limited or open-ended, depending on your needs.
