About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand? You might be here because something doesn’t feel quite right.
Perhaps you're someone who keeps it all together on the outside—but inside, things feel somehow off. You might be feeling anxious, low, or unsure who you really are anymore. You may be caught in self-doubt or people-pleasing, or finding that your relationships feel distant, even though you long for closeness.
Beneath these struggles and many others, there can often be a quieter part of us asking to be heard. Therapy can be where that voice is finally listened to and where new understanding, relief, and a sense of connection can begin to take shape.
Practice description
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and begin to make sense of what you’re feeling. We can explore what’s been difficult, how it’s affecting you, and what might need to be understood or expressed—so you can begin to move forward with a greater sense of ease and clarity.
Starting therapy can feel daunting. But if something here resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out. You don’t need to have all the answers—only a willingness to begin.
Qualifications
My background spans philosophy, psychology, neuroscience and psychotherapy. My approach is informed by existential, psychodynamic, and phenomenological perspectives, and I tailor our work to meet your unique emotional and relational needs.
I’m an accredited member of the BACP and offer both short and long-term therapy.
