About me and my therapy practice
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, lost, anxious, stuck in the past, or simply in need of someone to truly listen — I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace with care, understanding and support. Together we will find a solution and a way forward that feels right for you.
A Safe Space for Healing and Growth
Our sessions are a place of calm and clarity — a retreat from the demands and noise of everyday life. You’ll find a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges at your own pace. There are no expectations, no "shoulds" — just the freedom to be seen and heard, overcome your challenges and create lasting change.
What We Can Work On Together
I work with clients to overcome a wide range of personal, emotional, and relational challenges — from anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma and depression to life transitions, neurodiversity, family and relationship issues, unhealthy coping mechanisms or behaviours, disordered eating, gender identity, stress and more.
Together, we’ll find the strength, clarity, and confidence within you to create the change you want in your life — even when hope feels out of reach.
1 am deeply passionate about supporting clients to free themselves from depression, anxiety, and the lasting effects of trauma. I believe healing happens in a safe, compassionate space where people feel truly seen and understood. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their inner strength, develop practical tools, and move toward a life that feels lighter, more balanced, and more authentic.
Practice description
A Unique and Personalised Approach
I draw from a wide range of therapeutic models including person-centred therapy, Transactional Analysis, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. This means I tailor each session to meet you where you are, and to best support your unique needs, goals and preferences.
I also offer coaching — which can focus on personal or professional development, managing stress, navigating change, breaking negative cycles, or achieving better balance and fulfilment in your life. Coaching can be a stand-alone option or seamlessly integrated with therapy.
Why Work With Me?
Clients often say they feel truly heard, respected, and understood for the first time. I see therapy as a partnership — we’ll walk this journey together, at your pace, working towards clarity, peace, and lasting change.
No problem is too big, too small, or too “embarrassing” to bring into the room. Whatever you're carrying, I’m here to help you unpack it with care, compassion and without judgement.
If you're ready to take the next step — or even just explore the possibility — I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

My first session
Starting your first session can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not quite sure what to expect. It’s completely okay to feel a mix of emotions — whether that’s nervousness, uncertainty, hope, or even hesitation about opening up.
The first session is really about you. It’s a chance for us to gently get to know each other, at your pace, in a way that feels comfortable and manageable. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once, and you don’t need to have the “right words” — we can take our time with whatever feels most important for you in that moment.
I’ll invite you to talk a little about what’s been going on for you and what’s brought you here, but you’re always in control of what you choose to share. We can also spend time thinking about what you might hope to get from therapy, whether that feels clear or still a bit uncertain.
Just as importantly, the first session is an opportunity for you to get a sense of me and how I work. Feeling safe, comfortable, and able to trust the space is really important.
Above all, my aim is to offer a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and not judged — somewhere you don’t have to carry things on your own.
You don’t have to prepare anything in advance. Just coming as you are is more than enough.
