Hi, I'm Leandra - a fully qualified and experienced CBT Therapist. I work from therapy rooms in Glasgow, Clarkston, East Kilbride. I also offer online video sessions.

I primarily work with young adults, but also support all age groups. If you're struggling or considering counselling, I provide a welcoming space to help you process difficult feelings and regain self-understanding. Therapy with me is supportive, warm, and focused on your growth. I will welcome you as you are, and together we’ll figure things out.

While therapy can be serious, there’s also room for warmth and genuine connection. My goal is to offer a space where you can better understand yourself and begin to feel like yourself again!

I am trained and skilled to help with issues such as, anxiety, depression, anger, loss, relationships, stress, worry, panic, phobias, OCD, abuse, trauma, bullying, family issues, social anxiety, self-esteem, self-confidence, loneliness, suicidal thoughts or sleep problems (insomnia).

I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold a COSCA validated Scotacs Diploma in Counselling & Groupwork, and a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

My special interest is working with young adults, but I work with all age groups.

My first session

I offer in-person therapy sessions in a quiet and calm environment in Glasgow, Clarkston or East Kilbride, or online video sessions or a combination of both. Sessions last 50 minutes.

Understanding your problems and knowing you are not alone or different in what you are experiencing can bring a sense of relief.
