About me and my therapy practice

Starting therapy can be scary but I'm here to help. What I can offer you is a space to feel safe and supported to share your story and reconnect with your authentic self.

A safe space

Feeling lost? Isolated? Anxious or depressed? Struggling with relationship dynamics, personal crisis/trauma or challenging life transitions? It takes real courage to seek support during times of uncertainty and stress; allowing yourself the time and space to process and grow is what I can help you with during our sessions.

Taking some time away from the rest of your life to process and heal is not self indulgent or selfish, it is a pillar of self care.

Practice description

Finding the right therapist

Over the last decade, I have spent hundreds of hours working with clients, supporting people through trauma, heartbreak, grief and healing.

I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor, with a focus on the person centred theory of counselling whilst also integrating CBT and Psychodynamic approaches, where it feels right for you, in my client work. I am also a trauma informed therapist.

I have experience of working with clients in the following areas; relationships, self esteem/self worth, self talk, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, addiction, bereavement, making habit change (see my full list below)

My first session

First steps

Many clients feel their first therapy session is the only time they've ever had a safe and judgement free space to talk and really be seen and heard.

I offer all clients a free 15 minute initial zoom or telephone consultation to ask any questions and see if you feel like we could work together and we're a good fit.

Sessions then cost £60 and last for 60 minutes.
