Practice description
Hi, I’m Natasha Roe - the person behind Therapy with Tasha - and I’m here to support you in taking that first step toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
As a qualified, person-centred counsellor and registered member of the MBACP (407434), I offer both remote and in-person sessions, making it easier to access support in a way that suits your lifestyle. I have experience working with a range of challenges, including addiction and wider mental health concerns, and I’m committed to providing a space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
I understand how daunting starting therapy can feel. I’ve been in your shoes - unsure, anxious and overwhelmed about what to expect. For me, counselling felt scary at first, and the fear of the unknown nearly stopped me from reaching out. But therapy changed my life, and that experience is at the heart of why I’m so passionate about helping others find the support and change they deserve.
If you’re feeling unsure or simply want to understand how I work, I’ve created a detailed FAQ page on my website that answers common questions about my services and approach.
If what you’ve read resonates and you’re ready to take the next step - or if you’d like more information before deciding - please feel free to get in touch. I’m here when you’re ready.
