About me and my therapy practice
I’m a BACP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor offering a warm, confidential space where you can make sense of life’s ups and downs and find the changes you’re looking for. Before training as a therapist, I spent years in international business, so I understand the pressures of juggling a demanding career with personal wellbeing. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, particularly those navigating cultural transitions or high-pressure environments.
My style is based on empathy, empowerment, and integrity. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, relationship rough patches, or that nagging sense that “something isn’t right,” I’ll walk alongside you as you gain fresh insight, build confidence, and uncover practical ways forward.
Practice description
I work primarily with Relational Transactional Analysis (TA)—a hands-on model that shows how our past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and connect today. Together, we’ll map out your unique patterns and experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I support people facing:
* Anxiety, stress, and burnout
* Difficulty balancing work and personal life
* Relationship challenges (partners, family, friends—even the relationship with yourself)
* Low mood, depression, or grief
* Self-esteem and confidence issues
* Cultural or identity transitions
I’m also qualified in couple therapy, so if you’re looking to deepen communication, rebuild trust, or navigate major relationship changes, I can help there too. Sessions can be short-term (a focused issue) or open-ended (deeper exploration)—whatever suits your goals.
My first session
Let’s start with a free 30-minute video call. We’ll chat about what’s bringing you to therapy, and you can ask any questions about how I work. If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a simple agreement that lays out our schedule and what you can expect.
Typically, we meet weekly for 50-minute sessions. Your first full session will be all about understanding your goals and agreeing on a collaborative path ahead. Everything we discuss stays strictly confidential, giving you a safe space to explore and grow.
