About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling down or anxious, maybe you are experiencing relationship troubles or just have a feeling that things aren't right. Whatever difficulties you are facing at the moment you do not have to face them alone. Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting at first. I offer a calm and safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Each session is yours for whatever you want to talk about and no topic is off limits. I use an open ended approach meaning sessions will be available for as long as you are finding them useful.

Practice description

Choosing the right counsellor for you is important. Please do get in touch to arrange an introductory 15 minute phone call where we can discuss what you would like to gain from counselling and how I can help you. If agreed we can then arrange an initial consultation.
