Hello, I’m Stuart, a qualified and compassionate person-centred counsellor. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.

I have worked with a wide range of clients from the age of 18 upwards. Our sessions will be 50 minutes long and having trained in person centred counselling, the focus will be on you as a whole and your own personal experience. I aim to help you better understand yourself and your experiences so you can make positive changes in your life.

My first session
I offer an initial 20 minute session free of charge to allow us to get to know each other. It gives you the opportunity to decide whether I am the right counsellor for you and it gives me the chance to understand your needs. There is no obligation or pressure to continue after this session, the decision to go forward is yours.
