About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to offer support that is tailored to you and your individual needs. I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. Together, we can explore what is happening for you, develop a better understanding of yourself and build a toolbox of strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a Counsellor within an NHS Talking Therapies service. I have also worked within a Psychology team supporting people with learning difficulties and disabilities, as well as at Mind UK, providing mental health support and advocacy. Through my NHS work and extensive additional training, I have developed particular experience in working with neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, and understanding how these can influence different aspects of a person’s life and relationships.
My earlier experience working within London’s LGBTQI+ nightclub scene also gave me valuable insight into the experiences and challenges faced by people within the community. Across these different roles, I have supported people from a wide range of backgrounds and with many different experiences, which has shaped my belief in the importance of meeting each person as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Practice description
I offer individual therapy for a range of concerns and life experiences, including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Therapy can provide an opportunity to step back from the demands of everyday life, make sense of what you are experiencing and explore patterns that may be affecting how you feel and relate to yourself and others. We can work together to develop greater self-awareness and find ways of managing challenges that feel realistic and meaningful to you.
I also offer couples and relationship counselling for those experiencing difficulties within their relationship or navigating periods of change. This might include communication difficulties, recurring conflict, loss of connection, differences in needs or expectations, or uncertainty about the future of the relationship. In couples work, I aim to create space for both people to be heard and to explore the patterns that develop between them. The focus is not on taking sides, but on understanding what is happening within the relationship and considering how things might change.
I draw from psychodynamic, solution-focused, person-centred and narrative approaches, using these flexibly according to what is most relevant to the work. Whether working individually or as a couple, I offer a space to pause, reflect and gain a different perspective on the challenges you are facing.
