Availability

I currently have availability for face to face sessions and Walk & Talk Therapy on a Wednesday evening, Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon. I am here to ensure you don’t have to navigate your challenges alone. As an Integrative Counsellor and registered member of the BACP, I believe that no two individuals are the same; therefore, therapy should never be "one size fits all."

My practice is rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of change. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard and valued. By integrating different therapeutic modalities, I tailor my approach to your specific needs, whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or major life transitions.

About me and my therapy practice

I am here to ensure you don’t have to navigate your challenges alone. As an Integrative Counsellor, I believe that no two individuals are the same and I provide tailored counselling support which works with client where they are in their therapeutic journey.

I work with adults and young people aged 12+ in Bangor Co.  I understand that every person's path to healing is unique, which is why I offer a variety of therapeutic environments to suit your comfort level.

Whether you prefer the containment and quiet of a traditional counselling room for dedicated talking therapy, or you feel more at ease in nature, I am here to support you. I am deeply passionate about Walk & Talk therapy and Ecotherapy, having experienced firsthand the transformative difference that connecting with nature can make to emotional well-being.

Practice description

My practice is built on the principle that counselling should be a reliable, grounded space away from the noise of everyday life. I provide a professional yet supportive and compassionate environment where you can step out of survival mode and into a process of self-reflection. Whether we meet in a traditional counselling room or in the outdoors my goal is to establish a consistent and secure container for our work together.

Together, we’ll gently unpick the complexities of your story at a pace that feels right for you. Life can often feel overwhelming or tangled, and I’m here to help you make sense of those knots without judgment.

My goal is to help you rediscover your own inner strength, fostering a sense of resilience that doesn’t just help you in the short-term, but allows you to grow. We will work side-by-side to turn insight into action, helping you find a clear, meaningful path forward that feels authentic to who you are.

My first session

To help you make an informed decision, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. It’s an opportunity for me to find out what is bringing you to counselling at this time and for you to find out more about me and my approach.

The sessions are led by your pace and your priorities. In our initial sessions, we will explore what brings you to counselling and what you hope to change.
