About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m a male-centred therapist, committed to offering a compassionate and supportive environment where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I have postgraduate training & experience in male psychology, depression, ADHD, & PTSD.
Although I work with and have experience helping all genders & identities, I hold postgraduate qualifications alongside postgraduate training in male-centred therapy, male psychology, masculinity, male mental health, and suicide prevention.
Because of this understanding, I founded the Mind2Man Counselling Directory and National Male Domestic Abuse Information.
This comprehensive perspective shapes my counselling practice, enabling me to support males with greater empathy and insight. Male psychology explores the unique mental and emotional experiences of males, examining how biology, culture, upbringing, and societal expectations can influence their behaviour and well-being.
Male psychology recognises these challenges and looks at how issues like stress, depression, anger, or identity may show up differently in males, whilst taking into account each person's unique identity and lived experiences.
I am a person-centred therapist at the core. Still, I blend in psychodynamic, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, as one therapeutic approach can not fit or suit unique life experiences, genders, cultures, race, sexualities, and different perspectives.
I will work with you to unearth your subconscious actions, thoughts, and behaviours. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, but not limited to ADHD, depression, anxiety, sexuality, trauma, PTSD, stress, abuse, health concerns, problematic pornography use (PPU), grief, and relationship and attachment problems.
Through my training and experiences, I've learned that every person is unique. Each of us has had different childhood experiences and encountered societal expectations or messages.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m a male-centred therapist committed to creating a compassionate, supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I have postgraduate training and experience in male psychology, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
Although I work with all genders and identities, I hold postgraduate qualifications alongside training in male-centred therapy, male psychology, masculinity, male mental health, and suicide prevention.
Because of this understanding, I founded a male-centred hub and National Male Domestic Abuse Information.
This perspective shapes my counselling practice, enabling me to support males with greater empathy and insight. Male psychology explores the unique mental and emotional experiences of males, examining how biology, culture, upbringing and societal expectations can influence behaviour and wellbeing.
Male psychology recognises these challenges and considers how issues such as stress, depression, anger and identity may present differently in males, while recognising each person’s unique identity and lived experience.
I am a person-centred therapist at my core. I also blend psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, recognising that no single approach suits every person, life experience, gender, culture, race, sexuality or perspective.
I will work with you to explore subconscious actions, thoughts and behaviours. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to depression, GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder), anger, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, stress, conflict, discrimination (male gender-based intersectionality/othering), relationship difficulties, custody battle anxiety, pornography addiction, engaging with sex workers, affairs, paternity fraud, male and female survivors of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, grief, sexuality, online sex exploitation, radicalisation, corporate burnout, parental alienation, teenage and single fathers and false allegations.

This has given me insight into the unique pressures, responsibilities, and experiences that can affect men’s mental health and the importance of providing counselling that is understanding, speaks men's language, is practical, and relevant to their lives.

About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I understand that the first step is difficult, but please be assured that I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and confidential safe space.
I hold qualifications in male psychology, male mental health, and my background provides a firm, concerned, passionate, personal, experienced, and academic understanding of the current male mental health (suicide) problem and the challenges that men face.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, meaning I use more than one therapeutic modality to suit each person's unique sense of self. I am a person-centred therapist at the core. Still, I blend in psychodynamic and cognitive behaviour therapy, as one therapeutic approach can not fit or suit different life experiences, genders, cultures, sexualities, and other perspectives.
I will work with you to unearth your subconscious actions, thoughts, and behaviours. I work with depression, anxiety, sexuality, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, stress, low self-esteem, abuse, grief, relationship, and attachment problems. I am also advanced trained in gender, sexual relationships, and diversity (GSRD). I have extensive training and experience working with all sexualities, identities, gender dysphoria, and both male and female abuse.
My training and experience have taught me that every human being is unique. Each individual has had different childhood experiences and received societal expectations/messages that can limit and damage a person's personal growth.
