With a person-centered approach at the heart of my practice, I also have good understanding of CBT, trauma-informed approaches and coaching; additionally I can incorporate creative art exercises into sessions where they feel useful.
I hold an MA in Clinical Counselling and a BSc in Sports Science. I have trained as a Dietitian studying a BSc in Dietetics and Nutrition. I'm also a qualified Performance Coach, Meditation Practitioner, and Advice and Guidance Practitioner. I am passionate about health and well-being in every aspect.
I offer you a safe, accepting space to work through what is troubling you, helping you explore your feelings, worries or experiences. We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you, to enable you to discover new perspectives and practical ways to move forward more comfortably.
I am an honest and warmhearted therapist and offer a down-to-earth approach. I will work with you without judgment to understand you and your circumstances.
About me and my therapy practice
I work with people experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression and low mood, trauma, OCD, bereavement and stress-related issues. I also support clients who are neurodivergent, those managing health-related concerns, and people working in the construction industry.

Practice description
I will ask that you complete a client contact form to return prior to our first session and I will send you my contract, which we will discuss during our first session.
