About me and my therapy practice
I’m Eliana, a London-based, BACP-registered psychotherapist. I work with people at moments when life has shifted — when something has ended, changed, or no longer makes sense, and familiar ways of being feel unsettled. These moments can bring anxiety, grief, or disorientation, yet they also create space for reflection, meaning, and transformation.
My work is grounded in existential and psychodynamic psychotherapy and informed by trauma-focused practice. I support individuals navigating major life transitions, loss, relational and family challenges, fertility struggles, parenting, migration, and cultural displacement, as well as anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, addiction, and the lasting impact of trauma. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
My approach is trauma-informed, attentive to safety, pacing, and choice. Therapy is not about fixing or rushing change, but about allowing understanding to unfold at its own rhythm — with care, curiosity, and respect. I offer a warm, confidential space where even the difficult or unfinished parts of your experience can be held.
- I am a qualified member of the BACP (No. 407912).
- MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Existential Pathway) from Regent’s University London.
- Several years of training in existential, psychodynamic, and humanistic therapy.
- Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling.
- Bachelor’s in Production Engineering (EAFIT University)
- MSc in International Finance (King’s College London).
I have worked with the NHS Time to Talk service and in the charity sector, supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, depression, and long-term psychotherapy. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.

What I Can Offer You
A space shaped around you
Therapy with me begins with your story — your experiences, challenges, and hopes — unfolding at your pace. Our work is guided by what feels most alive, pressing, or unresolved in your life, and by a commitment to meet you with care, curiosity, and respect.
Flexible and accessible
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions, creating space for therapy to meet you where you are — emotionally, practically, and personally.
A perspective informed by life and work
Having lived and worked across multiple countries, and with a professional background in engineering and finance alongside a lifelong love of art, travel, and culture, I bring both breadth and attentiveness to our work. These experiences allow me to meet you where you are, attune to your experience, and tailor therapy to your life, challenges, and aspirations.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds and genders. While I do not specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, I am committed to offering a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where difference is honoured and your story can be explored without judgment.
Life rarely comes with a guidebook, but therapy can become a space to pause, reflect, and face the questions that arise in times of change, uncertainty, or disruption: Who am I now? What matters most? How do I live with challenge, loss, or uncertainty? Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relational struggles, our work together is collaborative, gentle, and attuned to your needs.
I specialize in supporting:
Family and relationship challenges, including fertility, bereavement, separation, and parenting transitions
Mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD)
Addiction, and the emotional and existential complexities of migration and cultural transition
I specifically offer sessions in: W11, W1, W8, W12, W14, W2
My first session
Your first session is more than an introduction — it is the opening of a shared space, a quiet encounter where your experience can be witnessed and held. Together, we will attend to what has brought you here, the patterns that shape your life, and the emotions and stories that ask to be seen. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and more attuned to the possibilities before you — a small step toward living with greater presence, meaning, and care.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down and be met. You do not need the right words or a fully formed story. Together, we explore the ways past relationships, unspoken expectations, and losses ripple through your present, shaping how you move in the world. We also attend to the deeper, often unspoken questions that emerge in times of change: Who am I becoming? What has been left behind? What still matters? How do I live with uncertainty?
My approach is trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and existential — attentive to safety, pacing, and choice, and guided by the belief that understanding and growth unfold in their own time. Therapy is not about fixing or rushing change, but about exploring the unconscious patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life, with curiosity, care, and compassion. I offer a warm, confidential space where even the difficult, unfinished, or contradictory parts of your story can be held and witnessed, helping you make sense of change, build resilience, and discover new ways of being that feel meaningful and authentic.
