Availability
I currently have availability for new clients and offer online psychotherapy sessions in Polish.
At present, I work exclusively with Polish-speaking clients living in the UK, Poland and other countries.
Morning appointments are usually the most readily available, although some afternoon and evening sessions may also be offered depending on current availability.
If you are unsure whether my approach is right for you, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss your needs before arranging an initial session.
About me and my therapy practice
Our responses make sense when we understand them in the context of the life we have lived.
What feels confusing today may once have been the best way of coping with experiences that were too difficult to bear.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I provide online psychotherapy in Polish for adults living in the UK, Poland and other countries.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, life crises and the lasting impact of early relational experiences and trauma.
I have over 5,000 hours of clinical experience and integrate humanistic, existential and relational psychotherapy with contemporary knowledge of trauma, emotions and the nervous system.
At the heart of my work is a safe therapeutic relationship, where clients can gradually understand themselves, reconnect with their emotions and develop a greater sense of safety and self-trust.
Alongside psychotherapy, nature has always been an important part of my life. I believe that, just as in nature, meaningful growth requires the right conditions, patience and time.
Practice description
I work from an integrative perspective, combining humanistic, existential and relati
onal psychotherapy with contemporary knowledge of trauma, emotions and the nervous system.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Rather than offering quick answers or advice, I work collaboratively to understand how past experiences continue to influence present emotions, relationships and patterns of coping.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions and the lasting effects of relational trauma. I believe that meaningful and lasting change becomes possible when people feel safe enough to understand themselves with greater curiosity, compassion and acceptance.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current difficulties, your expectations and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.
This initial meeting is also a chance for you to ask any questions about the way I work and to decide whether you feel comfortable working with me. Beginning therapy is an important decision, and I believe it should be based on a sense of safety, trust and mutual understanding.
