About me and my therapy practice
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also be where we experience some of our greatest challenges.
Perhaps you and your partner are struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally distant or finding that intimacy has become difficult. Maybe you're experiencing sexual concerns that feel uncomfortable to talk about, or you're beginning to recognise how past experiences are affecting your relationships today.
Practice description
I offer individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and sex therapy-informed support, helping clients explore relationship difficulties, emotional and sexual intimacy, communication challenges and the impact of past experiences.
My areas of work
My specialist interests include:
- Couples therapy and relationship difficulties
- Emotional and sexual intimacy
- Differences in sexual desire
- Sexual shame and concerns around sexuality
- Faith, spirituality and relationships
- Anxiety, self-esteem, trauma and emotional wellbeing
I have a particular interest in supporting clients who wish to explore the relationship between their Christian faith and experiences of sexuality or intimacy. However, my work is inclusive, and I respect each client's individual beliefs, values and choices.

My first session
I believe that feeling understood is an important part of the therapeutic process.
My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative, combining psychological understanding with practical exploration of the patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be contributing to current difficulties.
Whether you're seeking therapy individually or with your partner, I aim to offer a safe, confidential space where difficult conversations can take place without judgement.
You don't need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We can work that out together.
