About me and my therapy practice
Hello,
Life can be overwhelming at times, leaving you feeling stuck, uncertain, or out of place. Whether you’re facing challenges, working through difficult emotions, or navigating tough decisions, talking to someone can make all the difference.
As a compassionate and dedicated counsellor, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings and challenges without judgment. Through active listening and empathic communication, I aim to help you manage complex emotions and situations. My work has included supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, which has further deepened my understanding of the human experience.
Guided by humanistic principles, I offer care that is empathic, respectful, and tailored to your needs. Having lived in South America, I value cultural diversity and recognize how personal experiences shape each of us. My own journey through life’s ups and downs has given me insight and empathy, which I bring to every session.
I am passionate about combining my professional skills with genuine care to support your growth and well-being. If you’re looking for a counsellor who offers not only expertise but also heartfelt understanding, I invite you to get in touch. Together, we can work toward healing, personal growth, and positive change.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your needs:
Humanistic: Person-centred therapy – This approach focuses on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, empowering you to discover your own solutions and personal growth.
Gestalt therapy – This method emphasizes awareness of the present moment and your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, helping you understand patterns and take steps toward meaningful change.
Transactional analysis – A framework for understanding communication and relationships, this approach helps you explore how past experiences influence your interactions and empowers you to develop healthier patterns.
