Availability

I offer daytime and evening sessions during the week and try to be as flexible as possible to fit around your schedule. If you’d like to explore working together, please get in touch, and we can find a time that suits you.

About me and my therapy practice

Online & Walk-and-Talk Counselling

If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply stuck, you don’t have to face it on your own. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and be heard, at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions are available online or by phone across the UK, as well as face to face through walk-and-talk therapy in peaceful outdoor settings in Lancing, Brighton & Hove, Shoreham, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and nearby areas. You’re welcome to combine online and outdoor sessions too — whatever feels most comfortable and fits around your life.

A warm, collaborative approach

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches so that our work together reflects you as an individual.

We’ll gently explore patterns or experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others. With greater understanding often comes more choice — and from there, the possibility of change. Along the way, we can develop practical tools to support you in everyday life.

Walk-and-talk therapy

I’m particularly passionate about walk-and-talk therapy and the role nature can play in supporting emotional wellbeing. Many people find that being outdoors, walking side by side, helps ease pressure and creates a more natural way to talk. It can feel less intense than sitting face to face, and often helps people feel more grounded when exploring difficult thoughts or feelings, especially around stress and anxiety.

About me

I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Alongside my private practice, I work part-time for a charity, supporting a wide range of people — from teenagers coping with school pressures to adults navigating life’s changes and challenges.

Practice description

I offer online and telephone counselling to clients across the UK, as well as individual walk-and-talk therapy in peaceful outdoor locations in Lancing and surrounding areas.

Walk-and-talk sessions take place in calm, natural settings, offering the grounding benefits of movement, fresh air, and open space. Many clients find this approach helps them feel more relaxed and connected while exploring their thoughts and emotions.

You’re also welcome to combine online and walk-and-talk sessions — a flexible way to access support that fits your lifestyle, schedule, and location.

Fees

Online/Telephone counselling (UK-wide)

£45 standard rate / £40 concession

Walk and talk therapy

£55 standard rate / £50 concession

Concessionary rates are available for students and those on universal credit.

My first session
