My face-to-face sessions take place at the Woodside Wellness Rooms in Sidcup, which is a beautiful space designed for counselling, with client comfort at the forefront.
For online sessions I use Google Meet.
Session rates:
- Face-to-face: £65
- Online: £55

About me and my therapy practice
I know it can be scary seeking out the support of a counsellor, particularly if you’re feeling fragile or vulnerable. But here you are - it requires courage to take the first step, so let me tell you a bit about what I can offer you…
My aim is to always create a safe, stable, compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and feel heard, validated, and accepted.
As an integrative counsellor, I aim to be flexible and tailor the sessions to your unique needs - because everybody is different. Above all, I work relationally, which means I hold the relationship between myself and clients at the forefront of the work, building trust and rapport. The counselling process is a collaborative journey, and I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a key factor in facilitating change. Through the safety of our relationship, I want you to feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings and trust that everything you bring will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
