About me and my therapy practice

Welcome to my practice.

I have extensive experience working with adults who identify as neurodivergent or who are exploring neurodiversity later in life, including ADHD and ASD (Autism spectrum). My approach is grounded in understanding each person’s sensory needs, emotional patterns and lived experiences. I support clients in making sense of their identity, relationships and day-to-day challenges in a collaborative and accepting space.

I also work with adults navigating cross-cultural identity, parenting, migration, belonging, relationship difficulties and major life transitions.

Practice description

I have extended experience in supporting French-speaking and multicultural people who may be experiencing a culture shock, isolation, stress or the process of rebuilding a sense of identity while living abroad.

Having lived across different countries, I understand how language, heritage and family expectations shape our sense of self and how we relate to others.

My first session

Our first session is a 60-minute assessment-style session, charged at the same rate as a standard session.

This session gives us time to get a sense of what has brought you to therapy and what you may be looking for. It is also an opportunity to think together about how we might work, including any practical arrangements and the general structure of sessions.

About me and my therapy practice

My work with children is gentle, creative and child-led, informed by my background in the arts, education and therapeutic practice.

I use art, colour, messy play and other creative materials to help children express feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. My aim is to offer a safe and supportive space where each child can feel seen, heard and understood at their own pace.

Where appropriate, I also work alongside parents or carers to better understand the child’s wider world and support them more consistently.

Practice description

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for parents who may be experiencing financial pressure. Availability for these spaces is limited, but you are welcome to ask about this when getting in touch.

My first session

The first session is primarily an introduction to the therapeutic space. For some children, this may be the first time they are offered a space that is just for them, where they can express themselves freely and begin to understand what therapy might feel like.

Children often need a little time to get to know the space and feel comfortable within it. A regular rhythm of sessions can gently support this process, helping them feel more settled, secure and able to engage in their own way over time.
