About me and my therapy practice

Taking the first step toward seeking help can feel daunting. It’s a courageous decision, and I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches to create a personalised plan that reflects your unique needs.

I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship difficulties, and health-related concerns. Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or simply feeling ‘stuck,’ my aim is to offer a warm, compassionate environment that fosters reflection, growth, and resilience. Together, we’ll work toward building self-awareness and confidence so you can approach life’s challenges with clarity and ease.

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field across both public and private sectors, I understand the barriers many people face in accessing support. I believe counselling should be inclusive and accessible to all, and I strive to create a welcoming space for every client.

My dual heritage and bilingual background give me a deep appreciation of how culture, identity, and language shape personal experiences. Inclusivity is at the heart of my practice—I ensure every individual feels respected, valued, and supported in a way that honours their unique identity.

Practice description

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, available via telephone, online, or in-person sessions.

Finding the right counsellor is an important part of your therapeutic journey, which is why I offer a free introductory call for all new clients. This 15–20 minute conversation gives us the chance to discuss your current situation, explore your goals, and see whether we’re a good fit to work together. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for what therapy with me might look like.

My first session

In our first session, we’ll take time to explore your current situation in depth and discuss your goals for therapy. This is an opportunity to clarify what you hope to achieve and begin shaping a plan that supports your needs.

We’ll also talk through the structure of future sessions and decide together whether short-term or open-ended work feels most appropriate for you.
