I am a compassionate Integrative Counsellor, offering support to individuals of all backgrounds. My approach is flexible and client-centred, combining techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centred counselling, mindfulness, and play therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and emotional well-being. I support a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

As a qualified integrative counsellor with experience in schools and domestic abuse support services, I have developed a gentle, grounded approach and a strong commitment to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I offer sessions online or via telephone, providing flexible support to suit your needs.

I conduct an assessment in the first session. This is an essential part of any therapeutic process. I take my duty of care to clients seriously and a general assessment helps me to decide whether I have the right set of skills to help with client's presenting issues.
