About me and my therapy practice

Are you looking for a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk?

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, or work-related stress can leave us feeling stuck or helpless. Therapy can help us understand these obstacles and find ways to move forward.

I am a compassionate Integrative Counsellor, offering support to individuals and couples from all backgrounds. My approach is flexible and client-centred, meaning I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on your unique needs. These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centred counselling, and mindfulness.

I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement. Together, we can develop coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and work towards personal growth and emotional wellbeing. I support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Alongside individual therapy, I also offer couples counselling, supporting partners to improve communication, understand patterns within the relationship, and navigate difficulties in a constructive and respectful way.

As a qualified integrative counsellor with experience working in schools and domestic abuse support services, I bring a gentle, grounded approach and a strong commitment to helping you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.

I offer in-person sessions in Dartford, as well as online and telephone appointments, providing flexible support to suit your needs.
