About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative counsellor with experience working in schools and within domestic abuse support services. These roles have shaped my gentle, grounded approach and my commitment to offering a space where you can feel safe, respected, and truly listened to.

My work is client-led, meaning we go at your pace and explore what matters most to you. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and the emotional impact of domestic abuse. Whatever you’re facing, my aim is to create a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can bring your thoughts and feelings without pressure.

I believe that therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe a little easier. By integrating different evidence-based approaches, I hope to help you build resilience, understand yourself more deeply, and find steadiness during challenging times.

Whether you’re looking for support with a specific issue or simply need space to explore what’s happening in your life, I am here to walk alongside you in a way that feels safe
