Hi, I am Uzma Mukhtar, a compassionate Integrative Psychotherapist here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in a safe, non-judgmental online space where you can explore your emotions and challenges at your own pace.

Practice description

At my practice, I provide a supportive, inclusive, and online therapy space where you can feel safe to explore and address emotional challenges. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, and daily life stresses. I take a tailored, integrative approach, blending different therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. I also provide support for more complex or sensitive challenges, such as domestic abuse, relationship difficulties, burnout, or grief. My first session

In our first session, I aim to create a comfortable and supportive space for us to begin understanding your unique journey. Before the session, I will send you an assessment form to gather important information about your current situation and history. This helps me gain a holistic understanding of you and tailor our work together to your specific needs.

I also offer a free 20-minute introductory online session, which gives you an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you before committing to therapy. During the full session, we will go over your completed form in detail, exploring your experiences, challenges, and goals for therapy. This initial conversation is a chance for us to build rapport and clarify what you hope to achieve, as well as how I can support you in moving forward.

This session sets the foundation for our work together, helping to establish a collaborative and trusting relationship where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable.
