About me and my therapy practice

I’m a humanistic integrative therapist, which means I draw from a combination of therapeutic approaches to offer a unique approach to what my clients bring. My key areas are, attachment treatment, unconscious processes and relational patterns. My approach is open, collaborative, non-judgmental and exploratory.

Practice description

Welcome to my page! Whatever has brought you here, I hope I can help. I’ve worked with those who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, people pleasing, burnout and trauma related difficulties. Feeling stuck, low, overwhelmed or confused can be very isolating. I hope to walk by your side while we navigate your inner world, tend to the parts that need tending to, process what has become messy and start to work towards a fulfilling positive future. It’s okay if you’re not sure why you have come to see me, just that things aren’t feeling right for you. We can work it out together.

Working as an anxiety and trauma-informed therapist, I have had the pleasure to see growth in self-confidence, healthier relationships, and greater well-being within my clients, and it is always an honour to be a part of their journey. Our mental well-being can have a huge effect on our lives, whether that's in our work, in our relationships, or just our general sense of self.

Couples Therapy

Are you feeling stuck in conflict, disconnected or unsure about the future of your relationship? I work with couples who are struggling with connection, intimacy, betrayal and some that just feel disconnected within their relationship. The key work for us to do together is understanding each partners patterns and the links to the past, begin open communication and collaboratively build safe foundations to build your relationship on. My therapy space is for you to both feel heard and understood without judgment or shame. My aim is to help you strengthen your connection, navigate conflict with compassion, and create a relationship that feels secure, authentic, and alive.

My first session

I work collaboratively in a non-judgmental space where everything is welcomed and accepted. It can feel overwhelming to start therapy, and therefore it is vital we go at your pace, and I actively encourage open feedback and communication between us as we go. I can hold you through the ebbs and flows of therapy, and together we can gain clarity, understanding and self-worth which is what we all deserve.

If you would like to know more about me, please get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute chat where we can get to know each other a bit better and see if we would be a good match.
