Hi, I’m Olga.
A therapist with a holistic heart and a practical mindset, supporting adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s to navigate emotional and life challenges.
I blend therapy, mindfulness and coaching into a grounded process that fits our modern life — offered online in English or Russian.
My role — and what I’ve come to do best — is helping people pause, unpack and make sense of what feels overwhelming. I combine established therapeutic theory with practical tools, so together we can turn insight into action.
