About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Olga.

I work mainly with adults in their 30s and 40s who may look capable on the outside but feel anxious, stuck, disconnected or unsure what they want anymore.

Perhaps you are questioning your relationship, career or direction, second-guessing yourself or wondering why the life you worked hard to build no longer quite fits.

You may also be looking back and noticing how past experiences, other people’s expectations or familiar relationship patterns are still shaping how you live today.

You do not need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes the starting point is simply knowing that something has changed and wanting to understand yourself more clearly.

My approach is active, warm and engaging. I listen deeply, but I also ask questions, offer honest observations and help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I work online in English, Russian or a mixture of both.

Free 15-minute introductory call available.

Practice description

Therapy with me is a mutual exploration rather than a one-sided conversation. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong, have a diagnosis or know what you are supposed to talk about.

I work integratively, drawing mainly on psychodynamic and humanistic approaches alongside psychoeducation and mind-body awareness.

Depending on what feels useful for you, sessions may also include breathwork, grounding, meditation, body awareness and metaphor.

My work often focuses on anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, boundaries, repeating relationship patterns, burnout, loss of confidence, identity questions, grief, migration and the impact of past experiences on the present.

I am warm, but I can also be direct. I am comfortable staying with uncertainty, discomfort and strong feelings. I will support you, but I will also encourage curiosity, honesty and responsibility for the changes you want to make.

I pay attention not only to what you think, but also to what you feel, what happens in your relationships and what you notice in your body. We may explore where certain patterns began, how they continue in the present and whether they still serve you.

For some clients, therapy begins with a very specific problem. For others, it begins with a quieter sense that something is missing, that they no longer feel like themselves or that they are tired of going round in the same circles.

My aim is to offer a space where we can think together, make sense of what is happening and explore what feels true and important to you without rushing towards a fixed answer.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call before starting therapy.

This is an informal conversation rather than a therapy session. It gives us a chance to see how it feels to speak together, hear a little about what is bringing you to therapy and discuss whether I may be able to help.

There is no expectation to tell your whole story in 15 minutes, and you do not need to prepare anything in advance. If you are unsure what you want to work on, that is absolutely fine.

If we decide to work together, I will email you an intake form and a copy of our therapy agreement to read before the first full session.

In our first 50-minute session, we will start to explore what has brought you to therapy, what feels most important at the moment and what you would like from our work.

You are welcome to bring a clear goal, several different concerns, or simply the sense that something does not feel right.

I will explain how I work and you can ask questions about the process.

Together we can begin to identify themes, patterns or areas that may be useful to explore, while allowing this understanding to develop over time rather than forcing a fixed plan immediately.

Finding the right therapist matters. If either of us feels that I am not the best fit for your needs, we can discuss this openly.

Supervisor - London

London W1W
Sessions from £30.00

Features

  • Flexible hours available

Availability

Online sessions only.

Sessions are available from late October 2026 at a reduced training rate of £30 for 60 minutes while I complete my CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Counselling Supervision.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative therapist with an established private practice and a busy clinical caseload, currently completing the CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Counselling Supervision and developing my work as an online clinical supervisor.

I offer online supervision in English, Russian or a combination of both and am particularly interested in working with newly qualified and early-career counsellors and therapists who are still finding their feet, their confidence and their own professional voice.

My clinical work is grounded in psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, alongside a trauma-informed approach and a strong focus on mindfulness and mind-body awareness.

A good fit may be supervisees who are developing clinically but feel less confident, less clear or somewhat lost when it comes to the business side of private practice and who would value support strengthening that part of their professional development.

I particularly enjoy conversations around professional identity, confidence, private practice development, fees, financial boundaries, marketing for counsellors and therapists, sustainable caseload building and creating a private practice that feels both viable and authentic.

Supervision, for me, is a space for genuine thinking, with plenty of room for curiosity, uncertainty, honest reflection and challenge, without losing warmth or psychological safety.

I also work particularly well with supervisees who are curious and open to continuing their learning beyond the supervision hour. I may suggest a book, article, podcast or other resource to support reflection between sessions and explore a particular clinical, ethical or professional theme in greater depth. These are always invitations rather than expectations, offered simply as another way of enriching the work.

Practice description

My supervision is integrative, relational and active.

I aim to offer a reflective space where supervisees can think openly about their client work, the therapeutic relationship and their own responses, while also receiving appropriate challenge, structure and support.

Supervision may include client work, use of self, boundaries, ethical dilemmas, risk, emotional impact, professional development and the development of a confident professional identity.

My supervision work is professionally supervised throughout my training.

My first session

Before beginning, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call.

This gives us a chance to discuss what you are looking for from supervision, your current stage of practice, the type of client work you are holding and whether my approach is likely to be a good fit.

If we decide to work together, our first full 60-minute session will include contracting as well as supervision.

I will also invite you to think about what you would like from supervision beyond case discussion. This may include developing confidence, professional identity, use of self, ethical decision-making, private practice development, marketing, fees or building a sustainable caseload.
