Limited slots: I offer reduced £40 GBP rate on the online sessions to students, trainees and NHS key workers during the standard week days hours.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer therapy for adults in their 30s–40s who seem to be coping but feel anxious, stuck or disconnected inside.
It is about helping clients reconnect with inner safety, emotional resilience and quiet confidence through mind–body approach, metaphorical cards and self-discovery.
