Availability
I currently have limited availability for in-person therapy in Earl’s Court.
Sessions take place in a comfortable consulting room in Earl’s Court, West London, within easy reach of Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham and South Kensington. I also offer online sessions where appropriate.
My practice hours are generally Monday to Thursday, during daytime and evening hours.
Therapy usually takes place once a week, which allows the work to develop with continuity and depth. Some daytime appointments may occasionally be available.
If you would like to enquire about working together, you are welcome to contact me by email and briefly share what brings you to therapy and your preferred availability. I aim to respond to enquiries within 24–48 hours on working days.
If there are no suitable appointments available immediately, I may be able to offer a place on my short waiting list and will let you know when a suitable space becomes available.
If I am away or temporarily unavailable, an out-of-office message will indicate when I will return and when you can expect a reply.
About me and my therapy practice
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, loss, or a sense of feeling stuck. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect and understand these experiences more fully.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy. This means I pay attention not only to what you think about your experiences, but also to how you feel them emotionally and physically, and how patterns in relationships may be shaping your life.
In our sessions we explore what is present for you now, while also considering how past experiences may continue to influence the present. The work develops through dialogue, reflection and increased awareness.
I may also draw on experiential approaches such as attention to bodily experience, present-moment awareness and creative exploration. These approaches can support both insight and meaningful emotional processing.
Therapy unfolds at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your individual process.
Practice description
My Earl’s Court practice offers a private and reflective space for therapy in West London.
In our sessions we would explore what you are currently experiencing, as well as the patterns and life experiences that may be influencing how you feel, respond to challenges and relate to others. Therapy can help bring greater clarity to difficulties that feel confusing, overwhelming or difficult to navigate alone.
The work is collaborative and guided by your needs and pace. Some sessions may focus on specific challenges in your life, while others may allow space to reflect on deeper questions about relationships, identity or life transitions.
Over time, therapy can support greater emotional awareness, resilience and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place once a week. I also offer online therapy if attending in person is not always possible.
My first session
The first session offers an opportunity for us to meet and begin exploring what brings you to therapy.
You may wish to share what has been happening in your life and what you hope therapy might support you with. I may also ask some questions about your current circumstances and background so I can gain a fuller understanding of your situation.
The first session also allows you to get a sense of how it feels to talk with me and whether the way I work feels comfortable and supportive for you. A good therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for the work.
Towards the end of the session we can reflect together on whether continuing therapy would feel helpful and discuss practical details such as session frequency and availability.
First sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at my usual session fee.

I currently have limited availability for new clients.
I offer in-person sessions in Wimbledon and Kensington, as well as online therapy. Sessions are typically held on Monday to Friday, during daytime and evening hours.
I usually work with clients on a regular weekly basis, which allows the therapeutic process to develop with continuity and depth. When contacting me, you are welcome to briefly share what brings you to therapy and your preferred availability.

About me and my therapy practice
People come to therapy for many reasons. Some are going through a difficult period in their lives - anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, burnout or feeling overwhelmed. Others have a quieter sense that something is not working as it once did, and want space to understand themselves more deeply.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy. This means I pay attention not only to what you think, but also to what you feel, how your body responds, and how patterns in relationships may be shaping your experience. Therapy becomes a place where these patterns can be explored safely and with curiosity.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, relationship issues, low self-worth, and life transitions. Alongside working with specific challenges, therapy can also open space to explore deeper questions about identity, meaning, freedom and how to live more fully.
Our work is collaborative and paced according to what feels manageable for you. I draw on a range of experiential approaches, including awareness of the body, dialogue, and creative exploration, which can support insight as well as new emotional experiences.
I have particular experience working with complex trauma and with people who have been affected by displacement and major life disruptions. This work has deeply shaped my therapeutic stance, grounding it in sensitivity, cultural awareness and respect for each person’s pace.
I offer therapy in person in London and online.
Practice description
Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, and many people arrive with uncertainty about what the process will be like. My aim is to offer a space that is thoughtful, respectful and supportive of your own pace.
In our sessions we would explore what is happening in your life now, as well as the experiences and patterns that may be influencing how you feel, relate to others, and make sense of yourself. Therapy can help bring awareness to difficulties that feel confusing or overwhelming, and gradually create space for new ways of responding.
I work in a relational and experiential way, which means our conversations are not only about analysing problems, but also about noticing how you experience things emotionally and physically in the present moment. This can support deeper understanding as well as meaningful change.
Some sessions may focus on specific challenges you are facing, while others may allow space for reflection on wider questions about relationships, identity, life transitions or direction. The work develops collaboratively and with sensitivity to what feels manageable for you.
Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place once a week, which allows continuity and depth in the therapeutic process. I offer therapy in person in London (Wimbledon and Earl’s Court) and online.
Many clients find that over time therapy can help them develop greater clarity, resilience and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to explore what brings you to therapy. You may wish to share what has been happening in your life, what difficulties you are experiencing, and what you hope therapy might support you with.
I may also ask some gentle questions about your background, current circumstances and wellbeing. This helps me gain a fuller understanding of your situation and consider how I can best support you.
Just as importantly, the first session allows you to get a sense of how it feels to talk with me and whether the way I work feels comfortable and supportive for you. Therapy works best when there is a sense of trust and a good working relationship.
Towards the end of the session we can reflect together on whether continuing therapy would feel helpful and discuss any practical details such as session frequency and availability.
First sessions are charged at my usual session fee and last 50 minutes, the same as ongoing sessions.
