Availability
I’m currently welcoming new clients and have some availability for in-person sessions in King’s Cross (WC1X 9DE) on Tuesday evenings, or online at various times throughout the week.
I do schedule breaks throughout the year to recharge, but I’ll always do my best to give you plenty of notice when that happens. During these times, our sessions will be paused.
About me and my therapy practice
A warm welcome! Do you feel like you’re constantly questioning yourself or exhausted from holding it all together? Life’s challenges and relationships can leave us stuck or overwhelmed. Find out how I can help you feel heard, supported and at peace.
In my experience, the therapeutic relationship is paramount and therapy rarely works without it. I focus on building a strong, authentic connection and gaining a clear understanding of where you are emotionally and psychologically.
I work in a highly relational way and carry out regular collaborative reviews throughout our time together. Rather than asking whether my approach works in general, I will often ask, “Is this approach working for you right now?” – and if not, “What can we do to adjust it?” This ongoing dialogue helps ensure that the therapy remains responsive to your evolving needs.
In therapy, we’ll work together to make sense of your feelings, thoughts and behaviours. We may explore how past experiences could be shaping your present and how this might be affecting your relationships and overall sense of wellbeing. As we begin to build greater self-awareness, we can start making more informed, compassionate, and healthier choices moving forward.
Therapy isn’t always easy — it can be challenging and sometimes uncomfortable — but it can also be a space for creativity, humour, laughter, and genuine connection. Whatever comes up, I’ll be right there with you, supporting you every step of the way.
Practice description
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy to individuals aged 18 and over. Sessions are available in person in Kings Cross (WC1X 9DE) or online.
In addition to my private practice, I have several years of experience working in the charity sector, including within a community bereavement service. This has involved supporting clients through complex grief, loss, and a wide range of existential issues.
People have come to me for help with a range of issues these include Abuse, ADHD, anger, anxiety, autism, depression, difficult family dynamics, identity issues, life transitions, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and stress. If you're struggling with something I haven't mentioned, don't let that stop you from getting in touch. I'm not the pushy type, and if I genuinely feel I am not the best person to help you, I will let you know — and I may be able to point you in the right direction.
My first session
Before we sit down for our first session, I offer a free, informal 20-minute chat on Google Meet. During this conversation, we can explore what has brought you to this point and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. I’m happy to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. This is an opportunity for you to get a sense of who I am and what working together might be like.
After our call, there’s no obligation or pressure to proceed — you’re welcome to contact me again if and when you feel ready to begin your therapy sessions.
Our first session together will be treated like any other in terms of price and timing. I usually spend a little time establishing goals, building trust, and developing a safe base for our work to take place. I am client-led, which means I’ll walk alongside you — however fast or slow you wish to take the sessions.
