About me and my therapy practice

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Stress, anxiety, and difficult transitions often leave us feeling stuck, exhausted or unsure of the way forward. These challenges can make change seem impossible.

I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back and begin your journey toward growth and progress. Together, we’ll work to understand that your past does not define your future, helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. 

I’m an accredited counsellor with years of experience helping people improve their wellbeing and create meaningful change. I’ve worked at charitable organisations including Mind and Wilderness Foundation UK as well as my private practice.

My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and trusting space for you. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, childhood trauma, illness, relationship issues, family dynamics, and low self-esteem. Using a range of therapeutic approaches, I’ll help you build the tools and confidence to overcome obstacles and move towards your goals.

I currently provide online and telephone counselling. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a session. She made me realise that I didn't have to do it all alone and that I didn't need to feel ashamed or embarrassed about anything.
