I've worked with countless people struggling with anxiety, perfectionism and people pleasing, so you're in good hands 🤲 I'm trained in four different types of therapy, so we can pick and choose the bits that'll actually help you most ✅ I also love using diagrams and actually explaining the theory to you - so it helps you now AND long after we finish 🙏
I work with clients long term (20+ sessions) because I don’t want to give you a quick fix 🩹 We'll get into the deep-rooted stuff, understand your triggers, and find ways to cope. I couldn't care less if we only talk about one topic, or something completely new every session - as long as it helps you, let's do it 😊
