Availability
I currently offer flexible appointments during the daytime and selected evening sessions, subject to availability. I understand that balancing therapy alongside work, family and other commitments can be challenging, so I aim to offer appointments that are as accommodating as possible.
I work with both short-term and longer-term clients and offer sessions online as well as in person.
If I don’t have immediate availability when you get in touch, I’ll let you know my expected waiting time and, where appropriate, discuss alternative options. I aim to respond to all enquiries as promptly as possible.
If you’re unsure whether therapy with me would be the right fit, please feel free to get in touch. I’ll be happy to answer any questions before arranging an initial appointment.
About me and my therapy practice
Every one of us develops ways of surviving. Some become perfectionists. Some carry responsibility for everyone else. Others strive relentlessly, avoid vulnerability or become fiercely independent. These strategies often help us cope and succeed, but over time they can also leave us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from ourselves and those around us.
Whatever has brought you to therapy, I offer a warm, thoughtful and collaborative space where we can explore not only the difficulties you are experiencing today, but also the experiences and relationships that have shaped the way you think, feel and relate to yourself and others. You may be facing anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma or significant life changes. Equally, you may simply recognise that something no longer feels sustainable, even if you cannot yet explain why.
My approach is integrative, relational and person-centred. I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. Together we work to understand the patterns that have helped you survive, while exploring whether they continue to serve you today. Therapy is not about judgement or quick solutions; it is about developing greater awareness, understanding and choice, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
Alongside my general psychotherapy practice, I have a particular interest in working with professionals, senior leaders, business owners and neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autism. Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I spent over twenty years in senior commercial leadership, giving me first-hand insight into the pressures of responsibility, organisational life and sustained performance.
Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. My aim is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected and understood, enabling you to move towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, particularly if you’re used to managing things on your own or supporting everyone else. My aim is to provide a calm, confidential and consistent space where you can speak openly without judgement or expectation.
Our sessions are collaborative and guided by what feels most important to you. Some people come with a clear issue they want to address, while others arrive with a sense that something isn’t quite right but struggle to put it into words. Together we explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships and life experiences, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that may be influencing your current difficulties.
I work both short-term and long-term, depending on your needs. Short-term therapy can help you focus on a specific challenge or life transition, while longer-term psychotherapy offers the opportunity to explore more deeply rooted patterns, relationships and ways of experiencing yourself and others.
Whether we are working with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence or the pressures of leadership and professional responsibility, my approach remains the same: to offer a thoughtful, compassionate and psychologically informed space where lasting change can emerge through understanding rather than judgement.
Sessions are available online or in person, providing flexibility to fit around work, family and other commitments.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and to explore what has brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what is happening in your life, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
There is no expectation that you tell your whole story in our first meeting. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on what feels most important in that moment. Some people arrive with a very clear understanding of what they want to explore, while others simply know that something doesn’t feel right. Both are equally welcome.
The first session is also an opportunity for us both to consider whether we feel we can work well together. Research consistently shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes, so finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is important.
If we decide to continue working together, we’ll discuss how therapy can best support your needs, whether that involves short-term work around a specific issue or longer-term psychotherapy to explore more enduring patterns and experiences.
I appreciate that reaching out for therapy can feel like a significant step. My aim is to ensure that from our very first conversation you feel listened to, respected and able to decide, without pressure, whether working together feels right for you.

Availability
I offer appointments during the day and in the evening, with some flexibility for people managing demanding work or other commitments. Sessions are available in person in London, as well as online for clients elsewhere in the UK.
If you are unsure whether my current availability will fit around your schedule, please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss what might work.
About me and my therapy practice
I work in an integrative and relational way, which means there isn’t a set formula for therapy. How we work will depend on you, what brings you to therapy and what feels important as we get to know each other.
I see the relationship between us as an important part of the work. I won’t tell you what to do or assume that I know what is best for you. Instead, we can think together about what is happening in your life and begin to understand it more fully.
Sometimes that means focusing on what is happening now. At other times, we might look at earlier experiences or relationships and how they may still affect you. We may notice patterns in how you relate to others, deal with difficult feelings or respond under pressure.
You don’t need to arrive with a clear idea of what you want from therapy. We can start with what has brought you here and see where the conversation takes us.
Practice description
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, both in person in London and online.
There are many reasons why someone might decide to start therapy. Something may have happened recently, you may be struggling in a relationship, feeling anxious or under pressure, or finding yourself thinking about things from the past. You might also find yourself repeating the same patterns and not really understand why.
You don’t need to have a particular problem or diagnosis to come to therapy. Sometimes people reach a point where they want somewhere to talk openly and make sense of how they are feeling.
I have a particular interest in working with people whose lives involve a lot of responsibility, including professionals, business owners and senior leaders. Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent more than twenty years working in senior commercial roles, so I am familiar with some of the pressures that can come with work and leadership. This is only one part of the work, though, and you don’t need to have a senior or professional role to work with me.
Our first meeting gives us a chance to talk about what has brought you to therapy and for you to get a sense of me and how I work. From there, we can decide whether it feels right to continue.
My first session
The first session is a chance for us to meet and talk about what has brought you to therapy. I will ask a little about what is happening for you now, some relevant background and what you might want from therapy.
You don’t need to have everything worked out or know exactly where to start. There will also be time for any questions you have about me or how I work.
At the end, we can talk about whether you would like to continue and, if so, agree a regular time to meet.
