About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. I’m here to help adults navigate both everyday struggles and deeper, more complex issues - all from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Through secure Zoom sessions, getting the support you need is simple, convenient, and safe no matter where you are.
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, unbalanced, and sometimes on the edge. Seeking help is a courageous step, and you don't have to face your challenges alone.
My approach is professional, caring, and offers empathic, in-depth support tailored to you. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, seen, and encouraged to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Each session is guided by the issues you bring, at a pace that feels right for you.
My goal is to help you gain understanding, discover the person you want to be, and feel empowered to make positive changes and find your own path forward.
