Practice description

I offer online and in-person counselling sessions to adults (age 18 years +) from my office located in Weston-Super-Mare - North Somerset.

However, I am aware that clients may prefer online counselling for many reasons. You may appreciate the convenience that online counselling provides, or you may need to access counselling online because of illness, inability to travel, disability or anxiety. I will provide the same counselling service whether we are online or in person.

I provide a person-centred, integrative counselling approach and draw upon a number of therapeutic modalities to address your specific needs. Every individual is unique, as are their experiences and challenges; therefore, counselling sessions are tailored to you.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.

My professional experience includes counselling adults in private practice and in a charity setting, and counselling children in a school setting in North Somerset.
