Hello, I'm Kane - an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer both long-term and short-term work, available face-to-face and online. My availability is as follows:
Thursday and Friday, morning, afternoon and evening.
I offer a free 20-minute chat to explore your goals and expectations of therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
Are you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or pulled in different directions inside?
Are you tired of pretending you’re okay, or feeling like you don’t fully belong?
If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a warm, affirming space where you can speak freely and honestly, without fear of judgement or shame. Therapy with me is a place where you can bring the parts of yourself that feel confused, messy conflicted, or hard to put into words and know they will be met with care and respect.
Many people come to therapy feeling caught in cycles of anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or inner conflict. You might feel pulled in opposite directions by different parts of yourself, or notice patterns repeating that no longer serve you. Together, we can explore these tensions with compassion, helping you feel more grounded, whole, and able to move forward in a way that feels authentic.
At the start, I work gently and person-centred, helping you feel safe and understood. As we go deeper, I may help you notice patterns that feel familiar or stuck, including ways earlier experiences influence how you relate to yourself, others, and the world. This is always collaborative and guided by what feels right for you.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist with experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients and people from all walks of life. I’ve been in therapy myself and know the power of a supportive relationship when the world feels disconnected or confusing. I work relationally, with curiosity, empathy, and honesty, helping you make sense of your story and find ways to respond to it differently.
I work with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity (ADHD/autism), identity exploration, sexuality and a deep need to belong. My practice is in Barking Riverside (IG11), offering in-person and online sessions. Therapy with me is collaborative, holistic, and paced to suit your emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.
