Availability

I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory session to see if we feel we can work together.

I work in-person in Central London, and online across the UK. I have availability at my offices near Chancery Lane and London Bridge, and online, Monday to Friday. Sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £80 for individuals and £120 for couples or groups.

My work has been featured in the Evening Standard, Stylist, Red, Happiful, Metro, the i Paper, and Glamour. I am also included in the 2022 book, We All Know How This Ends, and the fourth edition of Step in to Study: Counselling and Psychotherapy.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychotherapist passionate about working with individuals, couples and groups on themes including anxiety, sex and relationships, identity, neurodiversity, life transitions, and grief. I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, intersectional, GSRD-affirming, neuro-affirming, anti-racist therapeutic practice.

I hold an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and a Diploma Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. In addition, I bring extensive professional and personal experience to my work. I have expertise in bereavement, supporting hundreds of clients facing diverse griefs, be that through miscarriage, long-term illness, or sudden death. I also believe that grief is something we navigate with other losses and life changes, perhaps related to identity, relationships, career or health.

I have an in-depth understanding of sexual assault trauma following my work as a specialist counsellor within the NHS. This also informed my approach to neurodiversity and the impact of class, identity, relationships and culture on our mental health.

I also spent over a decade working in the creative industries, which has given me a deep understanding of the emotional impact of these careers.

Whatever your story, life can be challenging. You might be navigating tough decisions, confusing feelings or a rollercoaster of emotions related to themes of identity, relationships or career. You don't have to do this alone. Together, we can explore your experiences and feelings to make meaning, find patterns, and move towards growth and fulfilment.

Practice description

Whether you’re going through a major life change, reflecting on trauma from the past, or something just doesn’t feel quite right, I’m here to help you explore your inner world, understand your patterns of behaviour and together, we will work on you so that you feel seen, heard and understood.

Whatever you come to the space with, you will be met with an open mind and an open heart.

My first session

If you come and see me as an individual, our first session will be a bit different to the sessions that follow. This is because we work through an assessment questionnaire together. I will send you the questions before our meeting so that nothing is a surprise, and you don't have to answer anything you aren't ok with. It acts as background and is a chance for us to get an understanding of what's been going on for you, which will inform our work.

If you come to me as a couple or group, I ask that you fill in the questionnaire before we meet. This allows us to use our first session to focus on the key issues and goals for our work, with the relationship at the heart of what we do.
