I offer appointments on Fridays in comfortable therapy rooms in central Birmingham. Please feel free to enquire about online sessions as well.About me and my therapy practice
Have you experienced a loss? Perhaps your health, job, relationship, or someone you love. You may have noticed a low mood lingering, without knowing why. Life doesn't have to feel like this. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, untangle what feels confusing, and help you find clarity, balance, and hope.
Whatever brings you here, it matters. You don’t need to know what to say or how counselling works, we can start wherever you are, at your pace.
In our sessions, you’ll experience a calm space, giving you the freedom to explore in your way. I won’t tell you what to do; instead, I’ll help you connect with your own inner wisdom and personal power so change comes from within, and feels authentic, sustainable, and truly your own.
When words fall short, creative methods can offer another way to explore what’s going on, only if it feels helpful to you. You don’t need to be an artist, just being present and being yourself is enough.
Everyone is unique, but having a structure can help make sense of your journey
See :Notice what’s affecting you
Feel :Make sense of your emotions and experiences
